The 8th World Biomaterials Congress is only a few months away! The Congress will be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, from 28 May until 1 June 2008.

The organizing committee, along with the European Society for Biomaterials, the Netherlands Society for Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering and International Conference Services BV, are feeling great enthusiasm towards this congress, and have been making preparations at increasing intensity.

On the website you can find all the details you need to plan your trip and make a choice from the many hotels we have available in various price categories. Also you can get information on our social program, tours, early registration (saving on registration fees).

We have great expectations for the scientific program, since we have received the enormous amount of over 2700 abstracts we are sure that the program will be a great success! The theme for the World Biomaterials Congress 2008 is “Crossing Frontiers in Biomaterials and Regenerative Medicine”.

And Amsterdam, what to expect? A very charming city with a great history. Explore the city by foot, bike or boat. Enjoy its typical Dutch architecture, the canals, museums, concert halls, and terraces for having drinks or a good meal in the sun.
